A high protein breakfast is a good idea for so many reasons, and I tell my kids this all the time. It will keep you satiated until lunch. It will give your metabolism a boost, and get you going first thing in the morning. These high protein breakfast recipes can even help your brain start firing on all cylinders. So you can take the day on, y’know.

I can still hear my dearly departed mom telling me breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And now I hear myself repeating these same words to my own kids. And it’s true!
